The hope and vision for Paupers Chapel is to create a more intimate church gathering that feels more like a family and less like strangers gathering with a common interest. We use groups, meals, bible studies, coffees, game nights, Fire-Fridays and other things to foster those closer connections among people.

Paupers is focused on advancing your faith and love for the Lord. We realize that we are real people, serving a real God and therefore we keep a real focus on understanding the Word of God. Our church invites anyone searching for Christ. We are simple and we like it that way. Some Sundays we sing several songs and others we sing only a few and spend our time practicing some of the liturgies we find to be a blessing.

Some of the comments that we hear about Paupers, “this place is very raw” or “it just feels different here”. Isn’t that what church should be? A place where your heart and mind are opened to the love of God and sometimes there is now other adjectives to explain his love other than…”It’s different”. Our creed is “Experience Grace. Live by Faith. Anchored by Hope.” We hope you will prayerfully consider becoming a part of what God is doing at Paupers.

“Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.”

Acts 2:46-47
